THE DYNAMICS OF THE MIGRATION FLOW OF POPULATION WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF EDUCATION IN TWO BRAZILIAN METROPOLITAN REGIONS: Fortaleza-CE and Vitória-ES

This article sought to deal with migratory phenomena, taking into account economic factors associated with the debate inserted in a macrostructural analysis. In this sense, reflections on the displacement of qualified people will be presented, therefore, those with complete higher education and who work in occupations related to their training, having as a cut the qualified people who live in the Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza (RMF) and in the Metropolitan Region of Greater Vitória (RMGV). As a methodology, data from the 2010 Demographic Census were used, from its migration variables, fixed date, income, education, age group, housing condition (own housing paid off or financed, rented or other conditions), time of residence , average rental price in minimum wages and spatial distribution of migrants according to place of residence. Based on the results, it was possible to highlight the behavior of skilled and unskilled migrants in the production of space in both metropolises, using information on rent prices and housing conditions. It is expected that the article will present relevant contributions to the debate involving migration, qualified population and production of space in Brazil.
