Resumo: The article investigates the text Fita Verde no Cabelo, by Guimarães Rosa, and reflects on the formation of the narrative space as a construction rich in significant components for understanding the character’s ripening process. The apprehension of the text as a language artifact is the basis for the maturing of other concepts such as imagination phenomenology, from Gaston Bachelard, and the psychoanalytic perspective that illuminate the text so as to reveal the methodological approach whereby the village is set primarily as an undefined space that drives and holds itself at the same time; secondly, the reflection falls on the forest as a place of the excessive; and lastly, the house is considered as a central space where the self, in the struggle with oneself and the space is consolidated by the experience of death. As a result of this reading, the passage from Little Red Riding Hood to Fita Verde no Cabelo as the replication of a starkness process suffered by the artistic language that parts from of its very externality, with all the hallmarks of a text concerned with what is being stated and that, therefore, calls for a complete reader, whole, definite; and goes in search of other possibilities of linguistic construction, seeking an inner space in the language, a word that has an experimental component in itself, where clashes are unavoidable and where the reader abandons any form of tranquility and begins to enjoy the incompleteness of living with the complexity inherent to contemporary reading. ---DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.22409/gragoata.2017n43a737.

---DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.22409/gragoata.2017n43a737.Universidade Federal Fluminense2017-08-30info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionAvaliado pelos paresapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.uff.br/gragoata/article/view/3350310.22409/gragoata.v22i43.33503Gragoatá; Vol. 22 No. 43 (2017): Founding Texts and their Literary and Cultural Productivity; 898-910Gragoatá; v. 22 n. 43 (2017): Textos Fundadores e sua Produtividade Literária e Cultural; 898-9102358-41141413-907310.22409/gragoata.v22i43reponame:Gragoatáinstname:Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF)instacron:UFFporhttps://periodicos.uff.br/gragoata/article/view/33503/19490Copyright (c) 2017 Gragoatáinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCosta, Maria José Silva MoraisBambirra, Vera Lúcia Magalhães2019-08-23T11:10:42Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/33503Revistahttps://periodicos.uff.br/gragoataPUBhttps://periodicos.uff.br/gragoata/oai||revistagragoata@gmail.com2358-41141413-9073opendoar:2019-08-23T11:10:42Gragoatá - Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF)false
