Resumo: This research aims to problematize the representation of the indigenous subject and the white subject, in the textbook “Povos indígenas no Brasil Mirim”, published by Instituto Socioambiental - ISA, in 2015, didactic support in fulfilling the mandatory teaching of Histories and Indigenous Cultures in Brazilian basic education, based on Law No. 11,645/08. We start from the hypothesis that the discursive intercrossing born from the juridical-administrative and educational voices, materialized in the didactic books about the indigenous people, their histories and cultures as ways of knowing, enables the (re)construction and/or (re)meaning of the process colonization and desire for control by those who have the power to nationalize a possible representation of subjectivity in relation to indigenous peoples and their cultural heritage. For this, we are guided theoretically and methodologically, in a transdisciplinary way, in Discourse Analysis of French origin (PÊCHEUX, 1988), in the discursive-deconstructive perspective (CORACINI, 2007, 2016; GUERRA, 2010); in the Foucaultian Archeogenealogy (1988-1997); in the decolonial view (CASTRO-GÓMES, 2005; MIGNOLO, 2003-2008; SANTOS 2007; PALERMO, 2019; QUIJANO, 2005; ORTIZ, 1983) and in the considerations of Munduruku (2017), to ponder the design of these processes of subjectification/objectification put into circulation, based on subjects and indigenous cultures, in the face of hegemonic society. The results obtained point to the emergence of the effects of the meaning of a discursive war of docilizing bodies, regimentation of conduct in formation, which is supported by the capitalist ideology that transforms culture into a “consumer good” and uses it to fulfill political-diplomatic agendas between the Brazilian Nation-State and the other ONU member countries (United Nations Organization). Keywords: Didactic Discourse. Representation. Indigenous subject.
