Resumo: This research’s main scope is to understand the dialectical relations between forgetfulness and memory. In this sense, it seeks to analyze the anthropological foundation of forgetfulness and the forms it takes. Similarly, it attempts to investigate the essential basis of memory and its connection to certain physical objects, seen as a means of providing a certain form of redemption, or, at least, of the liberation of the undeniable negative energies associated with any phenomenon of violence.
