Žižek e Malabou: a chance for a future to the Hegelian philosophy of history

Resumo: In the current scenario of the theory of history and philosophy, there seems to be no more space for metanarratives like Hegel's. Against this tendency, we aim to defend in this article that there is a chance for future to the Hegelian philosophy of history having as reference the concept of plasticity by Catherine Malabou and retroactivity by Slavoj Žižek. Such concepts help us to reflect better on the dialectical relationship between absolute knowledge (timeless) and history (temporal) within the Hegelian system that leads us to conclude that Hegel is not an eschatological, as his critics often insist.
