It was identified that 100% of these people had presented Harmed Dentition diagnosis, 100% Infection Risk, 57,1% Falls Risk, 14,2% Harmed Skin Integrity and 3,5% Hyperthermia. Inferring that these nursing diagnostics should be aimed as systematized nursing care, assuring aged people protection against present environment risks, whether in the hospital or in their houses, contributing with the hospital decrease internments and re-internments. |

Inferring that these nursing diagnostics should be aimed as systematized nursing care, assuring aged people protection against present environment risks, whether in the hospital or in their houses, contributing with the hospital decrease internments and re-internments.
