Information system specification for risk microárea using object oriented approach

Resumo: | The family health program is a strategy to support the health assistance through educational, promotional and preventional actions to health care. As working method, the family health program teams recognize the community trying to identify areas of greatest risk (micro areas) for planning actions. So, for being possible to plan the actions, the teams have to use data from several information systems. However, these information systems do not have always updated data or may not provide data about the area conditions. Thus, the objective of this study is to present the information system specification concerning the environmental and infrastructure conditions of the area in order to contribute for having an updated and specific information storage and retrieval. It is a development research conducted in Curitiba-PR/Brazil, from January to June of 2007, using brainstorm to define the system requirements and the object-oriented paradigm for its specification, applying the Unified Modeling Language (UML). As a result, the use case, sequence and class diagrams were obtained. Indeed, the system deployment with the features proposed in this study may help and expedite the process of local planning and may even help in the analysis of the relationship between environment and health, with updated data. |

Como método del trabajo los equipos realizan el reconocimento de la comunidad intentando identificar áreas de mayores riesgos a la salud para planear acciónes que han de ser desarrolladas. Para esto se utilizan datos de diferentes sistemas de información pero estos sistemas ni siempre poseen datos actualizados o disponibles relacionados a las condiones de aquella región. Así, el objetivo de este estudio es de especificar un sistema de información relacionado a las condiciones ambientales y la infraestructura contenidas en la microárea contribuiendo para el almacenamento y recuperación de las informaciones de forma actualizada y específica. Hemos hecho una pesquisa metodológica desarrollada en Curitiba de Enero a Junio/2007. Para definir los requisitos esenciales del sistema y para la análise del sistema fue utilizada el paradigma de la orientación a los objetos donde aplica la UML.Como resultado han sido elaborados los diagramas de los casos de uso, secuencia y de las clases. La implantación de un sistema con las características propuestas en este estudio, puede ayudar y agilizar el proceso de planificación local y podrá todavía ayudar en la análise de la relación entre el ambiente y la salud con los datos actualizados.O programa de saúde da família é uma estratégia que norteia a assistência à saúde por meio de ações assistenciais, educacionais, de promoção e prevenção aos agravos à saúde. Como método de trabalho as equipes realizam o reconhecimento da comunidade buscando identificar áreas de maior risco à saúde para planejarem ações. Para isso são obtidos dados de diversos sistemas de informação, entretanto, esses sistemas nem sempre permitem a aquisição de dados atualizados ou referentes às condições de áreas específicas. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é apresentar a especificação de um sistema de informação referente às condições ambientais e de infra-estrutura contidas na microárea contribuindo para o armazenamento e recuperação de informações de maneira atualizada e específica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de desenvolvimento realizada em Curitiba de Janeiro a Junho/2007, onde foi realizado brainstorm para definir os requisitos do sistema e a linguagem de modelagem unificada (UML) para a sua especificação. Como resultados foram obtidos os diagramas de casos de uso, diagramas de sequência e diagrama de classes.
