THE ADOLESCENT FEELINGS RELATED TO THE BULLYING PHENOMENA: POSSIBILITIES TO THE NURSING ASSISTANCE IN THIS CONTEXT

Resumo: | ABSTRACT: Bullying is a devastating phenomenon that can affect the adolescent’s self-esteem and mental health. Generally occurs in school environment when the adolescent is more susceptible or vulnerable to verbal or moral aggressions that cause to them anguish and pain, meaning as a status of social exclusion. Most of time, health problems as anorexia, bulimia, depression, anxiety and also the suicide, appears. By the way, nurses are able to prevent injuries to various problems, and also concerns about this traumatic incident in adolescence. The aim of this study was to identify feelings that can be related to” bullying “in adolescent students in 5th to 8th classes. It is a descriptive research by qualitative approach, developed in a religious setting state school. Data was collected by taped interviews and, after transcribed, submitted to thematic analysis. The results showed that feelings related to this phenomena are multiple and varied, being categorized as positive aspects character, negative aspects character and necessary aspects character. Ocurre generalmente en el ambiente de la escuela cuando el adolescente es más susceptible o vulnerable a las agresiones verbales o morales que les causan angustia y dolor, significando como una manera de exclusión social. En la mayoría de las veces, aparecen problemas de salud como la anorexia, bulimia, depresión, ansiedad y también el suicidio. A propósito, la enfermería puede prevenir lesiones y agravantes a los varios problemas, y preocupase también, con esta ocurrencia traumática en la adolescencia. El objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar sentimientos que pueden estar relacionados con el bullying en los estudiantes adolescentes del 5ª al 8ª grado. Se trata de una pesquisa descriptiva de abordaje cualitativo, realizada en un liceo de segmento religioso mantenido por el estado. La coleta de datos ocurrió auxiliada por entrevistas gravadas, posteriormente transcriptas y sometidos a análisis temático. Los resultados mostraron que los sentimientos relacionados al fenómeno son múltiples y variables, segundo las categorías temáticas: aspectos de carácter positivo, aspectos de carácter negativo y aspectos de carácter necesario. PALABRAS-CLAVE: Salud Escolar; Enfermería Pediátrica; Salud del Adolescente; Violencia.RESUMO: O bullying é um fenômeno devastador podendo vir a afetar a auto-estima e a saúde mental dos adolescentes. Geralmente ocorre quando o adolescente é mais suscetível ou vulnerável às agressões verbais ou morais que lhes causam angústia e dor, principalmente quando ocorrido em ambiente escolar traduzindo-se como uma forma de exclusão social. Pode desencadear alguns problemas de saúde tais como a anorexia, bulimia, depressão, ansiedade e até mesmo o suicídio. A enfermagem, pautada com princípios de prevenir agravos de diversos males, preocupa-se também com esta intercorrência traumática na adolescência. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar sentimentos que possam estar relacionados com o bullying em adolescentes alunos de 5ª a 8ª séries. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa descritiva de abordagem qualitativa, realizada em uma escola de segmento religioso conveniada com o estado. A coleta de dados ocorreu auxiliada por entrevistas gravadas, posteriormente transcritas e submetidas à análise temática. Os resultados mostraram que os sentimentos relacionados ao fenômeno são múltiplos e variados, sendo categorizados como aspectos de caráter positivo, aspectos de caráter negativo e aspectos de caráter necessário.
