Resumo: The purpose of this article is demonstrate that the business integrity program can be an effective instrument for protecting the natural environment. The process of dialectical empirical development of finding extrajudicial measures to defend the natural heritage and their correlations with methods that can be used from the aply of ecological compliance in companies whose activities exploit natural resources or model your landscape. To do so, discusses the fundamentals of environmental protection, in courts and extracourts instrumental spectrum of access to justice. Followed for examination by the institute of compliance with ecological purpose, fundamental, legal and instrument of compliance with the company's social function. It is concluded that ecological compliance can be integrated into the modality of an effective extracourts instrument for protecting the environment, provided that it is instituted by solid programs that are seriously considered and Applied.

O processo de desenvolvimento empírico dialético de constatação das medidas extrajudiciais de defesa do patrimônio natural e suas correlações com os métodos que podem ser empregados a partir da instalação do compliance ecológico nas empresas cujas atividades exploram recursos naturais ou modelam sua paisagem. Para tanto, discorre-se pelos fundamentos da proteção do meio ambiente, seu espectro instrumental judicial e extrajudicial de acesso à justiça. Seguiu para exame do instituto do compliance de finalidade ecológica, bases fundamentais, legais e de instrumento de cumprimento da função social da empresa.
