Resumo: The patriarchy, while the overlapping of male power in social relations, is a historical and cultural construction, which persists today. The woman, removed from social life, was inserted into the labor market of the capitalist system in an exclusive way, as a secondary and precarious workforce, which was aggravated by neoliberalism. Thus, the problem of the present study is to verify the possibility of proposing a way of working to marginalized women and that is capable of minimizing social inequalities and promoting female emancipation. In order to arrive at an answer, the study of deductive reasoning and theoretical-legal methodology was used, which made it possible to conclude that the solidarity economy is viable as an alternative to the current system, which is highly selective and excluding.

In order to arrive at an answer, the study of deductive reasoning and theoretical-legal methodology was used, which made it possible to conclude that the solidarity economy is viable as an alternative to the current system, which is highly selective and excluding.O patriarcado, enquanto a sobreposição do poderio masculino nas relações sociais, é uma construção histórica e cultural, que persiste na atualidade.
