Resumo: This present article introduces a specific conception of imaginary, a legal imaginary, through the concepts of political judgment and ideology as developed in the philosophies of Hannah Arendt and Paul Ricoeur. The article then proceeds to clarify the notion of political judgment in Arendt´s work and how ideology and utopia are themselves related in Ricoeur´s reflections on the just. The research adopted literature review centered on those three concepts within the works of Arendt and Ricoeur as its methodology in order to develop a conception of legal imaginary that is entrenched in ordinary legal practice, but also has a potential radical normativity that transcends the values and references that are already part of the legal sphere. The article concludes that this concept of legal imaginary is related to a collective projection of social relations and political structures regarded as more desirable, which characterizes it as essential contestable political concept: each group projects on this imaginary his values, convictions, and desires, interpreting and operationalizing legal norms through such particular references.

A continuación, el artículo procede a aclarar la noción de juicio político en la obra de Arendt y cómo la ideología y la utopía se relacionan en sí mismas en las reflexiones de Ricoeur sobre los justos. La investigación adoptó la revisión de la literatura centrada en esos tres conceptos dentro de los trabajos de Arendt y Ricoeur como su metodología con el fin de desarrollar una concepción del imaginario jurídico que se afianza en la práctica jurídica ordinaria, pero que también tiene una potencial normatividad radical que trasciende los valores y referencias. que ya forman parte del ámbito legal. El artículo concluye que este concepto de imaginario jurídico se relaciona con una proyección colectiva de las relaciones sociales y estructuras políticas consideradas más deseables, que lo caracteriza como concepto político esencial impugnable: cada grupo proyecta sobre este imaginario sus valores, convicciones y deseos, interpretando y operacionalizar las normas legales a través de tales referencias particulares.Cet article présente une conception spécifique de l'imaginaire, un imaginaire juridique, à travers les concepts de jugement politique et d'idéologie développés dans les philosophies d'Hannah Arendt et de Paul Ricoeur. L'article clarifie ensuite la notion de jugement politique dans l'œuvre d'Arendt et comment l'idéologie et l'utopie sont elles-mêmes liées dans les réflexions de Ricoeur sur le juste. La recherche a adopté une revue de la littérature centrée sur ces trois concepts dans les travaux d'Arendt et Ricoeur comme méthodologie afin de développer une conception de l'imaginaire juridique qui est ancrée dans la pratique juridique ordinaire, mais qui a également une normativité radicale potentielle qui transcende les valeurs et les références. qui font déjà partie de la sphère juridique. L'article conclut que ce concept d'imaginaire juridique est lié à une projection collective de relations sociales et de structures politiques considérées comme plus souhaitables, ce qui le caractérise comme concept politique contestable essentiel : chaque groupe projette sur cet imaginaire ses valeurs, ses convictions et ses désirs, interprétant et opérationnaliser les normes juridiques à travers ces références particulières.O presente artigo apresenta uma forma específica de imaginário, o jurídico, através dos conceitos de juízo político e ideologia tal como encontrados nas filosofias de Hannah Arendt e Paul Ricoeur. Ele se inicia com um sucinto esclarecimento do juízo político em Arendt e da relação entre ideologia e utopia na reflexão de Ricoeur acerca do justo. Adotando como metodologia uma revisão de literatura cujo fio condutor são esses três conceitos, esta pesquisa apresenta uma concepção de imaginário jurídico que se encontra enraizada nas práticas jurídicas cotidianas, dotando-as de significado, mas também apresentando uma radicalidade normativa que transcende os valores e os referenciais já atualizados na esfera jurídica.
