Resumo: Better use of resources and yields in agriculture are some of the goals for the agricultural system. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi associated with native fungi of Cerrado application of mycorrhiza stimulating the development of the cotton crop, common bean, maize and soybean. In greenhouse plants of cotton common bean, maize and soybean were grown in pots in a completely randomized design in a factorial 2 x 7, 5 species of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, inoculation joint (junction of all species in equal proportion) and control (without inoculation) in the presence or absence of stimulating mycorrhizal and 5 replications. Spore density, rate of mycorrhizal colonization, dry weight of shoot, root dry mass and accumulation of calcium, zinc and phosphorus in shoot was determined. It follows the mycorrhizal fungi showed differential effects for cotton, common bean, maize and soybean. The treatment Gigaspora margarita and joint inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi in cotton and maize and Claroideoglomus etunicatus increased the absorption of calcium, zinc and phosphorus and consequently increased the dry matter of shoot and roots in cotton. The application of stimulating mycorrhiza caused greater initial development in maize, cotton in the control and when associated with inoculation with different mycorrhizal fungi results were diverse. Higher colonization rate in bean has not resulted in increased production and nutritional quality. In soybean the presence of stimulating mycorrhizal colonization Claroideoglomus etunicatus provided higher colonization rate, increased dry weight of shoot and accumulation of calcium and phosphorus, the application of stimulating mycorrhiza gave different effects for common bean and soybean.

Submitted by JÚLIO HEBER SILVA (julioheber@yahoo.com.br) on 2017-05-26T19:52:02Z No. of bitstreams: 2 Tese - Fabricio Henrique Moreira Salgado - 2014.pdf: 726331 bytes, checksum: 36347ad5ae364055ab5bf4ec7626a332 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Approved for entry into archive by Luciana Ferreira (lucgeral@gmail.com) on 2017-05-30T10:17:50Z (GMT) No. of bitstreams: 2 Tese - Fabricio Henrique Moreira Salgado - 2014.pdf: 726331 bytes, checksum: 36347ad5ae364055ab5bf4ec7626a332 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2017-05-30T10:17:50Z (GMT).
