Resumo: | It presents, analyzes and discusses the experiences and social interactions between minors in conflict with the Law and reading comic books, as a process of construction and development of human beings. Specifically, it questions whether there can be a relationship of identification and production of meanings or even reframing from the reading of the sequential narrative Castanha do Pará, carried out by minors in conflict with the Law. Therefore, the research seeks to contemplate and interpret as an object of social communication and the media can encompass concepts and information that generate social impacts in these subjects through the reading of fictional genres, identifying the social contexts and motivations that may provoke reflections through their social realities, investigating the establishment of reading practices, reader training and promoting sociocultural development. To support the research, the main theorists consist of the following authors: Thompson (1999), Chartier (2003), Dumont (2001; 2006; 2007), Santos (2014), Ramos (2019), Eco (2011), Geertz (2008), Vergueiro (2009), Iser (1999), Thiollent (1986) and Foucault (2013), in addition to the Child and Adolescent Statute - ECA (1990), National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents - Brasil ( 2006), National Council for Social and Educational Assistance - SINASE (2012) and Declaration of Human Rights (1948). The methodology used was a qualitative approach based on an action research, seeking dialogue with minors in conflict with the Law through interviews, questionnaires, reading mediation, discussions about the work and the realization of an autobiographical narrative, that is, artistic expressions through drawings, writing or oralization of experiences with this reading and the real world. The final results point to the fact that interactions with the comic book aroused new ways of thinking in adolescents, redefining their roles in society, generating meanings caused by the social impacts of the story and reading training based on family influences. The studies also point to the ability to interpret the contents present both in the texts and in the images of the comics, as the scenario of this sequential narrative evokes feelings, facts and events that, when narrated by the minors, contribute to the reflection and introjection of knowledge. |

Especificamente, questiona se pode haver uma relação de identificação e produção de significados ou até mesmo ressignificações a partir da leitura da narrativa sequencial Castanha do Pará, realizada por menores em conflito com a Lei. Para tanto, a pesquisa busca contemplar e interpretar como um objeto da comunicação social e das mídias pode abarcar conceitos e informações que geram impactos sociais nestes sujeitos através da leitura de gêneros ficcionais, identificando os contextos sociais e motivações que venham a provocar reflexões mediante suas realidades sociais, investigando o estabelecimento das práticas de leitura, formação leitora e promoção do desenvolvimento sociocultural. Para fundamentar a pesquisa, os principais teóricos consistem dos seguintes autores: Thompson (1999), Chartier (2003), Dumont (2001; 2006; 2007), Santos (2014), Ramos (2019), Eco (2011), Geertz (2008), Vergueiro (2009), Iser (1999), Thiollent (1986) e Foucault (2013), além do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente – ECA (1990), Conselho Nacional dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente – CONANDA (2006), Conselho Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo – SINASE (2012) e Declaração dos Direitos Humanos (1948). A metodologia utilizada foi de abordagem qualitativa a partir de uma pesquisa-ação, buscando diálogo com os menores em conflito com a Lei por meio de entrevistas, questionários, mediação de leitura, discussões acerca da obra e realização de uma narrativa autobiográfica, ou seja, expressões artísticas através de desenhos, escrita ou oralização das experiências com essa leitura e o mundo real. Os resultados finais apontam para o fato de que as interações com a história em quadrinhos despertou nos adolescentes novas formas de pensamento, ressignificação de seus papéis na sociedade, geração de sentidos ocasionados pelos impactos sociais da história e formação leitora a partir de influências da família.
