Resumo: The objective of Chapter II was to identify whether the category of family farmers, especially those who produce fruits, uses the marketing channel, such as open markets, to sell their production, without departing from the way of life and traditional forms of production. The research is qualitative, with descriptive quantitative aspects. He used an outlining procedure such as bibliographic, documentary and field research. Data collection took place with the application of a questionnaire and observation techniques, which took the form of a survey. As a result, it was possible to recognize the insertion of family farmers in this métier, it was concluded that they establish relationships in the social, cultural and economic dimensions; allowed to understand the functioning and dynamics of open markets and to identify their origin in the macro-region of the city of Goiânia/GO. The objective of Chapter III was to of this research was to search in the free markets in Goiânia/GO, the presence of family farmers, observing their specificities regarding the social, cultural and economic relations established in this environment and between the actors that compose it. To carry out this research, the questionnaires and semi-structured interview techniques were used as a method to collect data, the nature of this data is qualitative and quantitative and descriptive, the field research took place in the environment of all regularized free fairs in Goiás, among the September 2018 to March 2019. The collected data were refined using descriptive statistics. The results obtained clearly reveal the existence of a significant contingent of family farmers inserted in the free fairs in Goiás. Traz uma visão geral sobre o tema proposto, explana de maneira sucinta Leis, Decretos e Programas Governamentais que se voltam para o setor da Agricultura Familiar e as Feiras Livres. O objetivo do Capítulo II foi identificar se a categoria dos agricultores familiares, especialmente aqueles hortifrutigranjeiros, se utiliza de canais de comercialização, como as feiras livres, para escoarem sua produção, sem se afastarem do modo de vida e das formas tradicionais de produção. A pesquisa desenvolvida é qualitativa, com aspectos quantitativos descritivos. Utilizou como procedimento delineador, a pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e pesquisa de campo. A coleta de dados deu-se com aplicação de questionários e técnicas de observação, que assumiram a forma de levantamento. Como resultado foi possível reconhecer a inserção de agricultores familiares neste métier; concluiu-se que estes estabelecem relações nas dimensões sociais, culturais e econômicas; permitiu-nos compreender o funcionamento e a dinâmica das feiras livres e identificar sua origem na macrorregião do município de Goiânia/GO. O objetivo do Capítulo III foi verificar se há efetiva participação de agricultores familiares neste canal, identificar e observá-los em suas relações nas dimensões sociais, culturais e econômicas e sua espacialização no município de Goiânia. Realizou-se pesquisa de campo com os feirantes das 116 feiras livres cadastradas do município de Goiânia. Utilizou-se o método qualitativo, com nuances do quantitativo descritivo; os procedimentos foram a pesquisa bibliográfica; pesquisa documental; pesquisa descritiva/pesquisa de campo, que envolveu coleta de dados padronizados, por meio de aplicação de questionários e técnicas de observação, que de modo geral assumiram a forma de levantamento. Os resultados confirmam a presença de agricultores familiares nas feiras livres de Goiânia, sendo sua origem predominantemente da zona rural de Goiânia, seguida pelos que vêm dos municípios da região metropolitana. Estes se estabelecem num processo de economia das trocas simbólicas, onde existe interação entre si e demais atores que integram este universo, numa troca entre capitais simbólicos, econômicos, sociais e culturais, ao manterem seu modo de ser e viver, onde é possível manter suas raízes e se movimentarem comercialmente neste mercado a céu aberto, adequando-se às normas de funcionamento, espacialidade, temporalidades e territorialidades. O objetivo principal do Capítulo IV foi buscar, nas feiras livres de Goiânia/GO, a presença de agricultores familiares, observar suas especificidades quanto às relações sociais, culturais e econômicas estabelecidas neste ambiente e entre os atores que a compõe. Para realização desta pesquisa, foram usadas como método, as técnicas de aplicação de questionários e entrevista semiestruturadas para coletar dados; a natureza destes dados é qualitativa e quantitativa descritiva; a pesquisa de campo ocorreu no ambiente de todas as feiras livres goianienses regularizadas, entre os meses de setembro de 2018 e março de 2019. Os dados coletados foram refinados por meio da estatística descritiva. Os resultados obtidos revelam claramente a existência de contingente significativo de agricultores familiares inseridos nas feiras livres goianienses. O objetivo do Capítulo V foi verificar a inserção de agricultores familiares nas feiras livres de Goiânia/GO e, de modo específico, verificar suas relações sociais, culturais e econômicas. Delimitou-se a pesquisa por delinear procedimentos qualitativo e quantitativo descritivo. Os resultados confirmam a participação de agricultores familiares nas feiras livres goianienses; há neste meio relações sociais, econômicas e culturais entre eles e demais atores.
