Body Practices and Physical Activities in the 15 years of the National Health Promotion Policy: : the defense of equity in a context of austerity

Resumo: The relationship between Health Promotion and Body Practices and Physical Activities, through a national policy, turns 15 in 2021. Through essay text and with the aim of updating discussions on these practices as public health policy from the defense of equity as a guiding axis, elements of the conformation of national policy and events in the current context of the strengthening of neoliberal policy, characterized by fiscal austerity with cuts in spending and privatization of public services, are brought up. In conclusion, the defense of equity stands out, with urgent investments in public policies of the referred practices that provide access and continuity for the groups most affected by inequities.

Mediante texto ensayo y con el objetivo de actualizar las discusiones sobre estas prácticas como política de salud pública desde la defensa de la equidad como eje rector, elementos de la conformación de la política nacional y se plantean hechos en el actual contexto de fortalecimiento de la política neoliberal, caracterizado por la austeridad fiscal con recortes en el gasto y privatización de los servicios públicos. En conclusión, se destaca la defensa de la equidad, con inversiones urgentes en políticas públicas de las referidas prácticas que brinden acceso y continuidad a los colectivos más afectados por las inequidades.A relação entre a Promoção da Saúde e as Práticas Corporais e Atividades Físicas, por meio de uma política nacional, completa 15 anos em 2021. Por meio de texto de caráter ensaístico e com o objetivo de atualizar discussões sobre estas práticas como política pública de saúde a partir da defesa da equidade como eixo norteador são trazidos elementos da conformação da política nacional e acontecimentos no atual contexto do fortalecimento da política neoliberal caracterizado pela austeridade fiscal com cortes de gastos e privatização dos serviços públicos.
