Resumo: This study about small and infantile team training affiliated to Rio de Janeiro Volleyball Federation has the objective of mapping the conception of the trainers about the development of the athletes and identify the theorist bases which subsidize them on their training programs. As analyzing the speech of ten coaches, they reported difficulties on working with female teenagers at puberty and believe that the division Under 13 and Under 15 represents the first stage of a long-term training.

As analyzing the speech of ten coaches, they reported difficulties on working with female teenagers at puberty and believe that the division Under 13 and Under 15 represents the first stage of a long-term training.Este estudio sobre entrenamiento de equipos alevines (sub-13) e infantiles (sub-15) femeninas afiliadas a la Federación de Voleibol del Estado de Río de Janeiro (FVR) tiene como objetivo mapear el concepto de los entrenadores sobre la formación de las atletas e identificar el (los) fundamento(s) teórico(s) que les subsidia(n) en el desarrollo de sus programas de entrenamiento. Al analizar el discurso de diez entrenadores, éstos relataron dificultades para trabajar con los adolescentes pubescent femeninos y entienden que los equipos alevines e infantiles deben representar para sus integrantes la primera etapa de un proceso de entrenamiento a largo plazo.Este estudo sobre treinamento de equipes mirins e infantis femininas filiadas à Federação de Voleibol do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (FVR), tem como objetivo mapear a concepção dos treinadores sobre a formação das atletas e identificar o(s) fundamento(s) teórico(s) subsidia(m) os mesmos no desenvolvimento dos seus programas de treinamento.
