Resumo: | Since the 1990s especially we’ve seen an expressive growth of researches related to Cultural Geography and its varied fields. Among many themes that can be studied from a cultural point of view in Geography we shall mention religions, popular festivities, and the diversity of people on the planet. In this paper some proposals are made, considering the potential of the Cultural Geography to contribute to the comprehension of pedagogic practices in junior and high schools. Key-words: Cultural Geography; teaching of Geography; songs; movies.C´est surtout à partir des années 1990 qu´on a pû observer une nette croissance des recherches et des études liées à la Géographie Culturelle et ses nombreux abordages. Parmi les thèmes qui peuvent être abordés du point de vue culturel de la Géographie, on peut citer les religions, les fêtes populaires et la diversité des peuples de la planète. On se propose de faire, dans cette étude, une analyse réflexive des divers potentiels offerts par ce domaine du savoir, dans les espaces éducationnels des cours primaires et moyens ainsi que d´élaborer des trajectoires pour la construction d´une pratique pédagogique critique qui prend en compte les apports de la Géographie Culturelle. Mots clefs : Géographie Culturelle ; enseignement de la Géographie ; musiques ; films.A partir sobretudo dos anos 1990, tem se notado um expressivo crescimento de pesquisas e estudos relacionados à Geografia Cultural e suas múltiplas abordagens. Dentre as temáticas que podem ser trabalhadas sob o enfoque cultural da Geografia podem-se citar as religiões, as festas populares e a diversidade de povos do planeta. No presente trabalho objetiva-se fazer uma análise reflexiva acerca das diversas potencialidades dessa área do saber, nos espaços educacionais dos ciclos fundamental e médio, assim como propor caminhos para construção de uma prática pedagógica crítica, considerando-se as contribuições da Geografia Cultural.
