Resumo: | The discussions on justice in modern applied political philosophy have led different social disciplines to become interested in reflecting on the injustices that occur in their fields of study. In this essay, a reflection is made, from the ethical geography, on the spatial justice and injustices that are developed and produced on a neighborhood scale. For this purpose, Axel Honneth's Theory of Recognition is considered as the basis for proposing the concept of spatial recognition. The questions that will guide the work are: what is the really fair scale of justice? and can normative answers be given to the demands of spatial justice at a neighborhood scale from the theory of recognition? It is hoped that these reflections will allow a deeper investigation of the (re)production of spatial injustices by some critical geographers. Keywords: neighbourhood recognition, spatial injustices, scales of justice and spatial ethics. |
