Resumo: From the cut of the two major centers of pilgrimage party in the state by the number of participants: São Cristóvão and Divina Pastora. This article aims to show what was found on those aspects of religious tourism in Sergipe. The methodology used was literature with the theoretical contribution of tourism and religious tourism, popular religiosity, identity, culture, space, sacred and profane, party and procession, backed up by field research. With the study was found that the demand profile of people moving to these two villages, is characterized by much pain/suffering, in the request or thanksgiving for a grace/cure, than the pleasure of traveling.

En este artículo pretende mostrar lo que se encontró sobre los aspectos del turismo religioso en Sergipe. La metodología utilizada fue la literatura con el aporte teórico del turismo y turismo religioso, religiosidad popular, identidad, cultura, espacio, sagrado y profano, fiesta y procesión, respaldada por la investigación de campo. Con el estudio se encontró que el perfil de la demanda de personas que se desplazan a estos dos ciudades, se caracteriza mucho más por un dolor/sufrimiento, en la solicitud de una gracia/cura, que el placerpara viajar.Partindo do recorte dos dois maiores centros festivos de romaria no estado pelo número de partícipes: São Cristóvão e Divina Pastora. O presente artigo visa mostrar o que foiconstatado sobre os aspectos do turismo religioso em Sergipe. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica com o aporte teórico sobre turismo e turismo religioso, religiosidade popular, identidade, cultura, espaço, sagrado e profano, festa e procissão, embasada pela pesquisa de campo.
