The secular countryside territorial formation of the “Terras da Santa” in Buenolândia/GO

Resumo: In this study, we present the formation of the current district of Buenolândia, in the city of Goias/GO, from its historical reference to the socio-spatial and symbolic production of its inhabitants, through the Cultural approach in Geography. The objective of this discussion is based on a historical perspective that addresses the lived experiences of the inhabitants in the district's landscape, their footprints on this territory. A methodology used in this research, in addition to the bibliographic survey, was also carried out with visiting museums, reading collections and notary offices, field work, map making, theoretical elaboration and systematization. The structure of the article is divided into three parts: O Arraial and Sesmarias as the Landmark of Occupation of the Sertões of Minas dos Goyazes, The Parish of Nossa Senhora do Rosário da Barra and the Political-Legal Demarcation conferring the Normative Control of the Portuguese Colony and of the District of Buenolândia. It concludes with the reflection about this geographic space, with its administrative changes that permeate from the Arraial, the Parish to the District, going through its cycle of composite territorial formation and recognized so far. Cultural Geography.En este estudio presentamos la formación del actual distrito de Buenolândia, en la ciudad de Goiás/GO, desde su referencia histórica a la producción socioespacial y simbólica de sus habitantes a través del enfoque Cultural en Geografía. El objetivo de esta discusión se basa en una perspectiva histórica que aborda la encarnación de las vivencias de los habitantes en el paisaje del distrito, sus huellas en este territorio. La metodología empleada en esta investigación, además del levantamiento bibliográfico, también se llevó a cabo con visitas a museos, lectura de colecciones y notarías, trabajo de campo, elaboración de mapas, elaboración teórica y sistematización. La estructura del artículo se divide en tres partes: O Arraial y Sesmarias como Hito de Ocupación de las Sertões de Minas dos Goyazes, La Parroquia de Nossa Senhora do Rosário da Barra y la Demarcación Político-Legal que confiere el Control Normativo de los portugueses, Colonia y Distrito de Buenolândia. Se concluye reflexionando sobre este espacio geográfico, con sus cambios administrativos que permean desde el Arraial, la Parroquia hasta el Distrito, pasando por su ciclo de formación territorial compuesta y reconocida hasta el momento. Geografía cultural.Apresentamos neste estudo a formação do atual distrito de Buenolândia, na cidade de Goiás/GO, desde seu referencial histórico até a produção socioespacial e simbólica dos seus habitantes, pela abordagem Cultural em Geografia. O objetivo desta discussão dá-se a partir de uma perspectiva histórica que aborda a encarnação das experiências dos habitantes na paisagem do distrito, suas pegadas sobre esse território. Para a metodologia utilizada nessa pesquisa, além do levantamento bibliográfico, também se realizou com a visita a museus, leitura de acervos e cartórios, trabalhos de campo, confecção de mapas, elaboração teórica e sistematização. A estrutura do artigo divide-se em três partes: O Arraial e as Sesmarias como Marco de Ocupação dos Sertões das Minas dos Goyazes, A Freguesia de Nossa Senhora do Rosário da Barra e a Demarcação Político-Jurídica conferindo o Controle Normatizador da Colônia Portuguesa e o Distrito de Buenolândia. Conclui-se refletindo sobre este espaço geográfico, com suas mudanças administrativas que perpassam desde o Arraial, a Freguesia ao Distrito, percorrendo seu ciclo de formação territorial composta e reconhecida até agora.
