Resumo: The metropolitan reality emerges as complex and dynamic on the national scene. While it is a relatively recent phenomenom, has structural problems of urbanization old Brazilian, considering that currently, the Brazilian urbanization has also largely in its major metropolitan centers of their achievement In this discussion, we consider the nature of the metropolitan area and his complex character in the brazilian reality in general and in particular the metropolitan region of Belem. Thus, it explores the social production of space underground Belem, highlighting the metropolitan socio-spatial training, their internal dynamics and trends, as well as the practices of urban planning and management over the process of urban ongoing.

En este debate, consideramos que la naturaleza de la zona metropolitana y su carácter complejo de la realidad brasileña en general y en particular la región metropolitana de Belém Por lo tanto, explora la producción social del espacio subterráneo Belén, destacando el compañero de entrenamientometropolitana de espacio, su dinámica interna y tendencias, así como las prácticas de planificación y gestión urbana sobre el proceso en curso de las zonas urbana.A realidade metropolitana emerge como complexa e dinâmica no cenário nacional. Ao mesmo tempo em que é fenômeno relativamente recente, apresenta problemas estruturais antigos da urbanização brasileira, considerando-se que atualmente, a urbanização brasileira tem em grande parte nas suas metrópoles os principais focos de sua concretização. Na presente discussão, considera-se a natureza do espaço metropolitano e seu caráter complexo na realidade brasileira em geral, e, em particular a Região Metropolitana de Belém.
