Resumo: This article aims to understand the hotelier services offered by owners of hotels and real estate, in addition to presenting the testimonies of subjects who expose expectations and analyzes in the face of a life that depends on manifestations and movements of tourist activity in the territory. In this context, the qualitative approach to interviews and fieldwork was considered as a research method. The results were mainly conceived from a comprehensive perspective, because they do not imply quantification, but the interpretation of the studied phenomenon. Thus, testimonies were obtained from workers in the tourist routine to show that the dynamics governed by the tourist activity spread in the urban area, by reconciling this space with tourism; therefore, Caldas Novas, in the state of Goiás, Brazil, is seen as a tourist city. En este contexto, el enfoque cualitativo de las entrevistas y del trabajo de campo se consideró como método de investigación. Los resultados fueron concebidos, principalmente, desde una perspectiva integral, porque no implican cuantificación, sino la interpretación del fenómeno estudiado. De esta manera, se obtuvieron testimonios de trabajadores en la rutina turística para demostrar que la dinámica gobernada por la actividad turística se extendió en el área urbana, al conciliar este espacio con el turismo; Por lo tanto, Caldas Novas, en el estado de Goiás, Brasil, es vista como una ciudad turística. Palabras clave: Territorio; Hospitalidad; Trabajadores; Dinámica urbana.Este artigo propõe compreender os serviços hoteleiros ofertados por proprietários de hotéis e imobiliárias, além de apresentar os depoimentos de sujeitos que expõem expectativas e análises diante de um vivido que depende de manifestações e movimentos da atividade turística no território. Nesse contexto se consideraram a abordagem qualitativa de entrevistas e trabalhos de campo como método de pesquisa. Os resultados foram concebidos, principalmente, sob a perspectiva compreensiva, pois não implicam quantificação, mas a interpretação do fenômeno estudado. Assim se obtiveram depoimentos de trabalhadores do cotidiano turístico para mostrar que a dinâmica regida pela atividade turística se difunde no urbano, ao conciliar esse espaço com o turismo; por isso, Caldas Novas, no estado de Goiás, é vista como uma cidade turística.
