Resumo: The study aimed to identify what species of fish caught irregularly in Chacororé and Siá Mariana Bays. It created a database in the form of tables in Access software, version II, where then is extracted graphs and tables necessary for the performance of the work. Thus, the data were interplod in ArcGis software version 9.2. Finalizations and final adjustments were made in the software version CorelDraw X3. It is shown that nineteen fish’s species whish belonging to the watersheds of Paraguay, Amazon and Araguaia, have been captured irregularly, featuring environmental crimes, particularly in the basin of the river Paraguay and therefore in the Pantanal weed-Grosso. It noted that the counties with the highest reported cases of seizures of fish were: Baron of Melgaço, Cuiaba, St. Anthony of Leverger and Varzea Grande, all located in the basin of the river Paraguay, with amounts ranging from 2001 to 4.351kg. The results of the analysis and interpretation showed that the fish Pintado Pseudoplatystoma corruscans and Cachara (Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum) are the most species caught by fishing predatory. Key words: Fish, predatory fishing, preservation, species.El trabajo tuvo como objetivo identificar cuales son los especímenes de peces capturados de forma irregular en las bahias Chacororé y Siá Mariana. Se creó, para ello, vem banco de datos en la forma de tabla em el software, Access version II, de donde, posteriormente, se extrajeron gráficos y tablas necesarios para la ejecución del trabajo com eso, los datos fueron interpolados en el ArcGis versão 9.2. Las finalizaciones y ajustes finales fueron realizados en el software CorelDraw versão X3. Ata se demostraron que diecinueve espécimen de peces que pertencen a las cuencas hidrográficas de Paraguay, Amazonas y Araguaya fueron capturados de forma irregular, caracterizando crímenes ambientales, principalmente en la cuenca de río Paraguay y, consecuentemente, en el Pantanal mato-grosense. La pesquisa seZaló que los municipios con los mayores casos notificados de aprehensiones de pescado fueron Barão de Melgaço, Cuiabá, Santo Antonio do Leverger y Varzea Grande, todos localizados en la cuenca del río Paraguay, com cantidades que variam de 2001 hasta 4.351 kilos. El análisis e interpretación de los resultados, permitieron concluir que el pez Pintado Pseudoplatystoma corruscans, y la Cachara (Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum) son los especímenes más capturadas por la pesca depredadora. Palabras-Clave: Pez, pesca depredadora, preservación, espécime.O trabalho teve como objetivo identificar quais são as espécies de peixes capturados de forma irregular nas Baias Chacororé e Siá Mariana. Criou-se um banco de dados na forma de tabelas no software Access, versão II, de onde, posteriormente, se extraíram gráficos e tabelas necessárias para a execução do trabalho. É demonstrado que dezenove espécies de peixes pertencentes às bacias hidrográficas do Paraguai, Amazônica e Araguaia, têm sido capturadas de forma irregular, caracterizando crimes ambientais, principalmente na bacia do rio Paraguai e, consequentemente, no Pantanal mato-grossense. Notou-se que os municípios com os maiores casos notificados de apreensões de pescado foram: Barão de Melgaço, Cuiabá, Santo Antônio do Leverger e Várzea Grande, todos localizados na bacia do rio Paraguai, com quantidades que variam de 2001 até 4.351kg. A análise e interpretação dos resultados permitiram concluir que o peixe Pintado Pseudoplatystoma corruscans, e a Cachara (Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum) são as espécies mais capturadas pela pesca predatória.
