Resumo: This text have as target to present some developed reflections in the Group of Studies Culture e Frontiers, together to Laboratory of Human Geophaglia of IESA/UFG. By a semester we had the opportunity of nest guide-lines business deal related to utilization of historic commodities e culturals on touring activities. In that space, still search to think the political communal as essential instrument for the conservation e sustaintable of heritages historicals e culturals, as well as of the local traditions, sectional or national. Ours intention here is, therefore, to create an unused moment towards pleading e, topcoat, come across exit for the uses e abuses of the patrimonial legacies – historical-culturals - on tourism. El largo de un semestre tenía la que colocar en los temas de la pauta relacionados con el uso de bienes históricos y culturales en actividades turísticas. En este espacio, todavía buscamos para pensar la política pública como instrumento esencial para la preservación y el sustentabilidade de herencias históricas y culturales, así como de las tradiciones locales, regional o nacional. Nuestra intensión aqui es, por lo tanto, de crear un nuevo momento para los discusiones y, sobre todos, de encontrar la salida para las aplicaciones y los abusos de los bienes patrimoniais - histórico-culturales - en turismo. Ao longo de um semestre tivemos a oportunidade de colocar em pauta assun-tos relacionados à utilização de bens históricos e culturais em atividades turísticas. Nes-se espaço, buscamos ainda pensar as políticas públicas como instrumento essencial para a preservação e sustentabilidade de heranças históricas e culturais, assim como das tra-dições locais, regionais ou nacionais. Nossa intenção aqui é, portanto, criar um novo momento para debates e, sobretudo, encontrar saída para os usos e abusos dos bens pa-trimoniais – histórico-culturais - em turismo.
