The electrification process in Goiás and the new projection for the sector

Resumo: The electrification process was determining for the formation and organization of the Goiás territory. With this article we aimed to stress the main points of this process using a bibliographic and documental research and data analysis in electric sector agencies. The discussions presented here, lets us conclude, that the electric matrix of Goiás in its current structural conjuncture, will face difficulties for to supply the demands of the Goiás society and of the National Interconnected System continuously, especially considering future demands. One Solution for this problem are in to make public policies that encourage the installation of photovoltaic plants in the territory, with the same incentives offered to hydroelectric plants - which demands an effective role for the State in taking responsibility for the sector's innovations.   Keywords: Electrical energy; State of Goiás; State.

Con este artículo pretendemos destacar los principales puntos de este proceso utilizando la investigación bibliográfica y documental y el análisis de datos en agencias del sector eléctrico. Las discusiones aquí presentadas permiten concluir que la matriz eléctrica de Goiás, en su actual coyuntura estructural, enfrentará dificultades para abastecer las demandas de la sociedad goiana y del Sistema Interconectado Nacional de forma continua, especialmente considerando las demandas futuras. Una de las soluciones a este problema radica en la creación de políticas públicas que incentiven la instalación de plantas fotovoltaicas en el territorio, con los mismos incentivos que se ofrecen a las plantas hidroeléctricas, lo que exige un papel efectivo del Estado en la asunción de responsabilidades en materia de innovaciones en el sector. Palabras clave: Energia elétrica; Estado de Goiás; Estado.Le processus d'électrification du territoire de Goiás a été l'un des éléments déterminants de l'expansion de l'État. Cependant, les modalités de mise en place de cette électrification font qu'il est aujourd'hui difficile pour le secteur de répondre à la demande du territoire. Ainsi, "le début du chaos : l'histoire de l'électrification de Goiás" vise à mettre en lumière les principaux points du processus d'électrification à Goiás. . Les discussions présentées ici, nous permettent de conclure que la matrice électrique de Goiás dans sa conjoncture actuelle, ne peut pas répondre aux demandes de la société Goiás de manière continue. L'une des solutions à ce problème est entre les mains de l'État, en créant des politiques publiques qui encouragent l'installation de centrales photovoltaïques sur le territoire, de la même manière qu'il l'a fait avec les centrales hydroélectriques. Cependant, c'est précisément là que réside le principal défi pour Goiás pour surmonter ce scénario de chaos électrique, l'État lui-même.O processo de eletrificação foi determinante para a formação e organização do território goiano. Com este artigo objetivamos frisar os principais pontos desse processo utilizando-se de pesquisa bibliográfica documental e análise de dados em agências do setor elétrico. As discussões aqui apresentadas, nos permite concluir que a matriz elétrica de Goiás, em sua atual conjuntura estrutural, enfrentará dificuldades para suprir as demandas da sociedade goiana e do Sistema Interligado Nacional de forma contínua, especialmente considerando demandas futuras. Uma das soluções para esse problema está em criar políticas públicas que incentive a instalação de usinas fotovoltaicas no território, com mesmos incentivos propiciados às hidrelétricas – o que demanda efetivo papel do Estado em assumir responsabilidades no que tange às inovações do setor.
