Resumo: Landraces and the knowledge that family farmers have developed about how to cultivate them are important factors in developing sustainable agricultural production, in multidimensional terms. In this work, the objective was to diagnose the production of landraces in the rural settlements in the Territory of Prof. Cory/Andradina-SP and analyze its possible relation to the agroecological transition process. To this end, a semi-open questionnaire was applied in the form of an interview, with 55 guardians identified by the "snowball" method, in 24 settlements. It was found that the landraces cultivated by the guardians of the Territory can be considered a gateway to the agroecological transition because they allow the fulfillment of the principles of Agroecology, in terms of food security, productive autonomy, biodiversity conservation, and commercialization in short circuits. Family farmers.Las semillas criollas y los conocimientos adquiridos por los agricultores familiares sobre su cultivo son factores importantes para el desarrollo de una producción agrícola sostenible, en términos multidimensionales. En este trabajo, nos propusimos diagnosticar la producción de semillas criollas en los asentamientos rurales del Territorio Prof. Cory/Andradina-SP y analizar su posible relación con el proceso de transición agroecológica. Para ello, se aplicó un cuestionario semiabierto en forma de entrevista, con 55 guardianes identificados por el método "bola de nieve", en 24 asentamientos. Se constató que las semillas criollas cultivadas por los guardianes del Territorio pueden ser consideradas una puerta de entrada a la transición agroecológica porque permiten concretar los principios de la Agroecología, en términos de seguridad alimentaria, autonomía productiva, conservación de la biodiversidad y comercialización en circuitos cortos. Agricultores familiares.As sementes crioulas e o conhecimento construído pelos agricultores familiares sobre o seu cultivo são fatores importantes para o desenvolvimento de uma produção agrícola sustentável, em termos multidimensionais. Neste trabalho, objetivou-se realizar o diagnóstico da produção de sementes crioulas nos assentamentos rurais do Território Prof. Cory/Andradina-SP e analisar sua possível relação com o processo de transição agroecológica. Para tanto, foi aplicado um questionário semiaberto na forma de entrevista, junto a 55 guardiões(ãs) identificados pelo método “bola de neve”, em 24 assentamentos. Constatou-se que as sementes crioulas cultivadas pelos guardiões(ãs) do Território podem ser consideradas porta de entrada para a transição agroecológica por possibilitarem a concretização dos princípios da Agroecologia, no âmbito da segurança alimentar, autonomia produtiva, conservação da biodiversidade e comercialização em circuitos curtos.
