Resumo: The fruit flies show a huge geographic distribution, being found practically all over the word, bringing damages to the fruit trees that have an economic importance. The objective of this work was to know the Tephritidae in Itumbiara region and their natural enemies. The pupaes were collected of fruits decaying. Among the Tephritidae, Anastrepha fraterculus was the most abundant specie. Among the parasitoids, Doryctobracon areolatus was the most common specie. A mosca-das-frutas apresenta ampla distribuição geográfica, sendo encontrada praticamente no mundo todo, causando prejuízos às espécies frutíferas de importância econômica. O objetivo deste trabalho foi conhecer a Tephritidae na região de Itumbiara e seus inimigos naturais. As pupas foram coletadas em frutas em estado de apodrecimento. Entre Tephritidae, Anastrepha fraterculus foi a espécie mais abundante. Entre os parasitóides, Doryctobracon areolatus foi a espécie mais comum.
