A Vingança privada no ordenamento jurídico: seus reflexos na contemporaneidade

Resumo: O presente trabalho objetiva contextualizar a vingança privada na sociedade contemporânea apresentando seus resultados negativos a partir de uma problemática que muito aflige nosso País: a impunidade e por vezes ineficácia do sistema punitivo em si. Nesse passo, há de se demonstrar o sentimento de insatisfação da população geral e consequentemente o surgimento de figuras como a do vigilante, aquele que busca fazer sua própria justiça. Portanto, a partir deste cenário acaba por surgir ações no aspecto da vingança privativa, que será estuda por óticas diversas, como a jurídica, psicológica e social, fazendo-se uma abordagem histórica de elementos de períodos passados e seus reflexos no meio social atual.

In this step, it is necessary to demonstrate the feeling of dissatisfaction of the general population and, consequently, the appearance of figures such as the vigilante, who seeks to do his own justice.
