Resumo: The intensification of the advance of neo-extractivism and megaprojects has generated a broad process of continuous State of Exception, especially for native peoples. One of the devices used to leverage these projects is the institutional dimension and the regulations promoted by the corporatism of the political elite of the national congress. This article analyzes the necropolitical practices of the Brazilian State in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, reflecting on the one hand how the State prioritized ecocidal and genocidal projects linked to neo-extractivism and trivialized the health crisis, and on the other hand, we analyze the importance of indigenous ancestral resistance in defense of life. For this, we used the narrative bibliographic review, the analysis of key documents of indigenous movements and interviews built between 2020 and 2022. The paths paved by the peoples show important seedings and alternatives to defend sociobiodiversity and the territory as essential axes to face the systemic crisis propagated across the borders of capital.

The paths paved by the peoples show important seedings and alternatives to defend sociobiodiversity and the territory as essential axes to face the systemic crisis propagated across the borders of capital.
