Resumo: The present study, considering the connection between corruption and the violation of Human Rights and the brazilian reality about the theme, as well as that the legal entity is one of the main beneficiaries of corruption in Brazil, sought to identify how Anti-Corruption Compliance can be used as a tool to combat the violation of Human rights when correctly applied in the business environment.. To this end, the work was divided into five parts and included the analysis of Human Rights from the critical theory of Herrera Flores, the analysis of Compliance and its definitions and the development of international and national legislation to prevent and combat corruption, associated with Compliance. Because it is a qualitative research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, employing the indirect documentary technique, with the use of bibliographical research in works and articles related to the theme, and the analysis of international treaties and the current Brazilian legislation on the theme.

Para tanto, o trabalho foi dividido em cinco partes e contou com a análise dos Direitos Humanos a partir da teoria crítica de Herrera Flores, do Compliance e suas definições e do desenvolvimento da legislação internacional e nacional de prevenção e combate à corrupção, associada ao Compliance.
