Resumo: The Management of Human Resources of the Federal University of Lavras has the following functions: to maintain a directory of the staff members of the university, to control the working regime and to evaluate each member of the staff for career progression. Actually the directory is set up, but the data are in rough notes and printed documents, so in bad storage. The objective of this work is to organize the staff members data through the maintenance of the software CPPD (Comissão Permanente de Pessoal Docente) and the development of a new software, called CIS (Comissão Interna de Supervisão). The maintenance will be accomplished based in the techniques of Reverse Engineering and Restructuring. The development will be based on the methodology proposed by UML and the Incremental Model. With these new softwares the filling in of the information in the staff directory, staff control, reports and draw out informations will be improved.

Atualmente, existe um cadastro de servidores armazenados de forma precária, com dados em planilhas e documentos impressos. O objetivo deste trabalho é organizar os dados relativos a pessoal através da manutenção do produto de software CPPD (Comissão Permanente de Pessoal Docente) e o desenvolvimento de um novo produto, denominado CIS (Comissão Interna de Supervisão). A manutenção será realizada com base nas técnicas de Engenharia Reversa e Reestruturação. O desenvolvimento será baseado na metodologia proposta pela UML e pelo Modelo de Desenvolvimento Iterativo e Incremental.
