This article presents the new perspective of the strategy which includes emerging and subjective aspects, rather than the deliberate vision, effective and dominant in contemporary organizations. We emphasize the need to better understand this new approach through dialogue with different fields of knowledge. The interest in discourse applied to strategic training has increased in recent years. However, it remains theoretically undeveloped and unexplored. We argue that much of this strategy is to make the language in the form of text. Even as they are linguistic and discourse aspects that guide the strategic practices. Thus, we discuss and recommend the critical discourse analysis for language studies aimed at achieving deeper levels of potential domain bhaskarian enabling unveil the organizational actions and how these everyday interactions of subjects occur during the process of strategy as practical training.
