Resumo: This article focuses on the spectacle found in the 2014 film “The NightCrawler”, considering its relevance to the mechanisms used by the media to build and convey news. Therefore, it aims to identify the elements that characterize the spectacularized discourse and examine how the I-other relationship is built in the character Louis Bloom. The concepts of spectacle, by Guy Debord, and architectural, by Mikhail Bakhtin, are the main references of this work. Based on researches, we point to the need of a more careful reading and hope to contribute to the awareness of the semiformation resulted from the spectacularized media.

Nesse sentido, objetiva identificar os elementos que caracterizam o discurso espetacularizado e examinar a construção da relação eu-outro no protgonista Louis Bloom. Os conceitos de espetáculo, de Guy Debord e de arquitetônica, de Mikhail Bakhtin, são os principais referenciais desse trabalho.
