The utilization of informatic in all sectors (commerce, comunitcation, spread of information, etc...) is growing each day, so that, nowaday, it would be very hard to live without it. In medicine is not different; equipments and computer programs more and more sofisticated are being made each day so that the results of surgeries and diagnosis are more and more safety and exact. The consequence of this is that lives are being saved because the results are faster, and therefore, with more chances of the illness to be diagnosed with success. What we will see here is the result of one more program that appeared to help human being; it is a system that helps the doctor to take decision about the next exam to be made by a patient , having with base an exam that have been already done. In every moment, it was tried to make a program that could minimize the computational effort., so that improvements were being done untill reach the point in wich it is; some of these improvements were quotted in the development of this monograph. Finally, in no moment, it was took the aim to substitute the doctor in the act of indicating the next exam. The result of this software is merely a sugestion based on mathematical calculus. Is up to the doctor to follow or not the final decision.
