Resumo: The objective of this project is to present the modeling and implementation of an educational hypermedia aplication for the education of Animal Phyisiology. This aplication uses the resources avaiable on a hypermedia structure and presents through visual representations , the functioning of an Animal Nervous System. The project was developed with the use of the OOHDM (Oriented Hipermídia Design Model) adapted for the theme. The project is composed by literature rewiew in the areas of educative hypermedia, OOHDM and animal physiology. In conclusion, the OOHDM use is technicaly viable and productive for Hypermedia author ing and that the developed system constitutes in an important tool for the improvement of the expositive Lectures in the area of animal physiology.

Este aplicativo faz uso de recursos disponibilizados pela estrutura hipermídia e apresenta através de representações gráficas, o funcionamento do Sistema Nervoso no animal. Para elaboração do aplicativo utilizou-se o método OOHDM (Object Oriented Hipermídia Design Model) adaptado para o tema. O trabalho compõe-se de revisão de literatura nas áreas de hipermídia educativa, OOHDM e neurofisiologia animal.
