Resumo: Project management is important to carry out activities following a planning. Some tools were proposed for supporting this management, agile or traditional one. Scrum is an agile methodology for project management based on small iterations (Sprints). Although agile methodologies focuses on more agile processes, quality is not forgotten because products with quality will conquest clients and will augment the participation of the organizations in a highly competitive market. This quality can be reached through process improvement that developing the product, for example, MPS.BR. In this monograph, the objective is to present improvements of a computational tool - ScrumMps 2.0 - to aid Scrum software project management. In ScrumMps 2.0, integration between Scrum and MPS.BR is shown through new functions, such as, to supervise project tasks and activities, to manage user and user storycards, to interact with development team, and to deal for MPS.BR concepts. ScrumMps 2.0 was evaluated by professional of Computation area, and Computer Science and Information System students. This evaluation was carried out for following a script by participants and a questionnaire. The result indicated that ScrumMps 2.0 reached the objective: To contribute for combining MPS.BR and Scrum.

Ferramentas têm sido propostas para apoiar essa gerência, seja ágil ou tradicional. Scrum é uma metodologia ágil para gerência de projetos baseada em pequenas iterações chamadas Sprint. Ainda que metodologias ágeis primam por tornar os processos mais ágeis, a qualidade não é esquecida, pois a qualidade de um produto conquista clientes e aumenta a participação da empresa em um mercado altamente competitivo. Essa qualidade pode ser obtida por meio de melhoria do processo que desenvolve o produto, por exemplo, o MPS.BR, modelo brasileiro de melhoria de processo de software. Neste trabalho, o foco é em práticas documentadas em alguns processos dos Níveis de maturidade F e G do MPS.BR e o objetivo é apresentar a evolução da ferramenta computacional “ScrumMps 2.0” para auxiliar a gerência de projetos de software que utilizam Scrum. Nessa ferramenta, é apresentada a integração de Scrum e MPS.Br, permitindo, por exemplo, acompanhar tarefas e atividades do projeto, gerenciar usuários e estórias de usuários, interagir com equipe de desenvolvimento e abordar conceitos de MPS.Br. A ScrumMps 2.0 foi avaliada por profissionais da área de Computação e discentes dos cursos de graduação em Ciência da Computação e Sistemas de Informação que atuam no mercado. Essa avaliação foi realizada fornecendo um roteiro aos participantes para serem guiados pela ferramenta e um questionário a ser respondido por eles.
