Resumo: The frogs belong to the class of amphibians are important elements in the control of insects and other vertebrates acting as prey or predator. Due to various environmental changes, many man-made, there was an increase in critical defects such amphibians causing a decrease in the population in many cases. This work will be reported a malformation that has occurred in these animals, the polymelia (increase in number of members) found in a bullfrogs or cururu (Rhinella paracnemis), highlighting possible causes

Devido a diversas mudanças ambientais, muitas delas causadas pelo homem, houve um aumento crucial em malformações nesses anfíbios causando uma diminuição na população em muitos casos.
