Resumo: | Micropropagation has potential application for multiplication of genotypes of Brazilian forest species. The studies on the in vitro culture of these species are related to their recalcitrance to other propagation techniques as well as in vitro conservation of plant germplasm. Micropropagation via axillary bud proliferation corresponds to the main system used for in vitro propagation, due its simplicity compared to organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis. However, the native forest species are poorly studied consequently the advances in the propagation in vitro are still few expressive. Thus, it is necessary to develop new works to promote advances in in vitro culture of native species, as the use of new media culture compositions, growth regulators or even bioreactor systems, seeking to consolidate the technical as applicable strategy in the Brazilian silviculture. |

Embrapa Florestas2019-10-21T17:52:19Z2019-10-21T17:52:19Z2013info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleapplication/pdfOLIVEIRA, L.
