Resumo: The objective of this thesis was to carry out a broad bibliographic research on the history and management models of Ergonomics in large companies, in addition to an internal evaluation in an important Brazilian mining company, in order to finally propose a model of Ergonomics Program adequate and integrated to the culture and processes of this company, fulfilling all the points raised in the benchmarking research initially carried out. 33 relevant points were identified in the studied bibliography for a lasting and productive implementation of an Ergonomics Management Program, of which 32 were approached and structured in this work, in a detailed way and connected with Programs, processes and Production System already existing and established in the company.
