O ENSINO DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NO CENTRO DE ENSINO QUILOMBOLA BENEDITO FONTES: um estudo à luz da Lei nº 10.639/2003

Resumo: | The present study approaches the implementation of Law nº 10.639/2003 and the Ethnic Racial Relations in the Physical Education classes at the Quilombola Teaching Center Benedito Fontes, in the municipality of Mirinzal, in the meso region North Coast of Maranhão, in the quilombola village Gurutil. The objective is to develop theoretical methodological strategies for the teachin go fethnic-Racial relations in the context of Physical Education from Afro-Brazilian practices in the light of Law nº 10.639.2003. The research has a qualitative, descriptive character. This Text Presents 2 sections of theoretical foundation, where the first section, entitled: Physical Education and Ethnic Racial Relations, reports the importance of working on Ethnic-Racial Relations in the Physical Education discipline and second section: Corporal Practices of African and Afro-Brazilians in Physical Education classes, the possibilities of working practices as Physical Education content, based on legal documents. As for the epistemological basis, we anchor our studies in the following interlocutors: Gomes (2005- 2011 - 2012); Grando (2006); Nóbrega (2020); Benedict (2011); Arroyo (2016); Neira (2011-2016); big; Pine; Rodrigues (2018) official documents such as BNCC, LDB, a book phisical educantion of maranhão. One of the reasons that triggered this research was the lack of training in Physical Education Degree in terms of Afro-Brazilian body practices and Ethnic-Racial relations. The professional experience, in a public school in Mirinzal-Ma, located close to Quilombo communities. This Research is characterized as a case study. We use the Fonseca (2002) to base our Methodology. We Applied The DROP (Participatory and Rapid Diagnosis), Cerqueira (2004) an exploratory observation as instruments for collecting data from empirical research, and theoretical-conceptual input, for the construction of a notebook of Didactic-Pedagogical Guidance on the implementation of Law nº 10639/2003 in the Physical Education, entitled "Afro Brazilian Practices: Civilizing Values in Expression", containing subsidies for theoretical and practical classes, as well as proposals for evaluation during the process and at the end of it. COV-2 (COVID 19), the educational product could not be applied. Its non-applicability is supported by Normative Instruction No. 04/2020/PPGEEB/UFMA, which makes the applicability of the product optional. The study directs to the implementation of the Law nº 10.639/2003 and Afro-Brazilian body practices, in Physical Education classes, which still does not occur in the locus of the research, but the systematization, contextualization and use of the proposed Guides can help in teaching practice. It is supported by documents that guide Education, at national and stat elevels. |

O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi investigar sobre a implementação da Lei nº 10.639/2003 nas aulas de Educação Física no contexto da Educação Quilombola com vista à construção de um Caderno de Orientações Pedagógicas para o ensino das Relações Étnico-Raciais no contexto das práticas corporais afro-brasileira. O lócus da pesquisa foi o Centro de Ensino Quilombola Benedito Fontes. Este texto apresenta duas seções de fundamentação teórica, na qual a primeira seção, intitulada: Educação Física e as Relações Étnico Raciais, a qual relata a importância de trabalhar a Relações Étnico- Raciais na disciplina Educação Física e a segunda seção: Práticas Corporais da Cultura Africana e Afro-Brasileiras: as possibilidades de trabalhar as práticas como conteúdo Educação Física, baseado nos documentos legais. Ancoramos a fundamentação teórica nos seguintes interlocutores: Gomes (2005; 2011; 2012); Grando (2006); Nóbrega (2020); Bento (2011); Arroyo (2016); Neira (2011; 2016); Grando; Pinho; Rodrigues (2018), Caderno de Educação Física do Maranhão (2018). A pesquisa tem um caráter qualitativo, descritivo e está caracterizada como estudo de caso, para isso, utilizamos a metodologia proposta por Fonseca (2002). No que tange à construção do Caderno de Orientações Didático-Pedagógicas sobre a implementação da Lei nº 10.639/2003 e a Educação Física, intitulado de Práticas afro-brasileiras: valores civilizatórios em expressão, que consta subsídios para aulas teóricas e práticas, assim como propostas de avaliações durante e no final do processo, aplicamos o Diagnóstico Rápido Participativo (DRP) (Cerqueira, 2004) e a observação exploratória como instrumentos de coleta de dados da pesquisa empírica e como aporte teórico-conceitual. Em decorrência da pandemia do novo Coronavírus/SARS-COV-2 (COVID 19), o produto educacional não pôde ser aplicado. A sua não aplicabilidade é respaldada na Instrução Normativa nº 04/2020/PPGEEB/UFMA, que torna facultativa a aplicabilidade do produto. The professional experience, in a public school in Mirinzal-Ma, located close to Quilombo communities. This Research is characterized as a case study. We use the Fonseca (2002) to base our Methodology. We Applied The DROP (Participatory and Rapid Diagnosis), Cerqueira (2004) an exploratory observation as instruments for collecting data from empirical research, and theoretical-conceptual input, for the construction of a notebook of Didactic-Pedagogical Guidance on the implementation of Law nº 10639/2003 in the Physical Education, entitled "Afro Brazilian Practices: Civilizing Values in Expression", containing subsidies for theoretical and practical classes, as well as proposals for evaluation during the process and at the end of it. COV-2 (COVID 19), the educational product could not be applied. Its non-applicability is supported by Normative Instruction No. 04/2020/PPGEEB/UFMA, which makes the applicability of the product optional. The study directs to the implementation of the Law nº 10.639/2003 and Afro-Brazilian body practices, in Physical Education classes, which still does not occur in the locus of the research, but the systematization, contextualization and use of the proposed Guides can help in teaching practice. It is supported by documents that guide Education, at national and stat elevels. |
