Resumo: | This text presents a reflection about the event “Arte no Aterro – um mês de arte pública”, realized by Frederico Morais in 1968, from the relationship between art, education and politics. This research explains how governmental anti-democratic and authoritarian political actions can point ways for acting of teacher and artists in times of oppression. For that, approaches the question of teaching visual arts, and also, a thought, about the necessity for a political resistance to permanent artistic and educational acting. |

Busca resaltar acciones políticas gubernamentales antidemocráticas y autoritarias, que puedan señalar caminos para la actuación de los professores-artistas en tiempos de opresión. Para eso, gira en torno al tema de la enseñanza de las artes visuales, y también con la reflexión sobre la necesidad de resistencia política para una actuación artísticas y educativas permanentes.Este texto traça uma reflexão sobre o evento “Arte no Aterro – um mês de arte pública” realizado por Frederico Morais em 1968, a partir da relação entre arte, educação e política. Busca evidenciar ações políticas governamentais antidemocráticas e autoritárias que podem apontar caminhos para a atuação de professores-artistas em tempos de opressão.
