Resumo: | The present article intends to look at the intellectual of the medieval west of the thirteenth century, highlighting the structures that made possible the essential change from vir litteratus to scholasticus, that is, the medieval city and university. After establishing scholastic methods of teaching and learning, we pay special attention to the Collationes in Hexaëmeron of the Franciscan theologian Bonaventure of Bagnoregio. From our point of view, the collatio XIX is illuminating about how the formation of Christian intellectuals was given beyond the lessons in the classroom. |

The The intellectual of the Central Middle Ages: scholastic, urban, university and humanized - a historical approach to studies in the thirteenth centuryO intelectual da Idade Média Central: escolástico, urbano, universitário e humanizado – uma aproximação histórica dos estudos no século XIIIThe present article intends to look at the intellectual of the medieval west of the thirteenth century, highlighting the structures that made possible the essential change from vir litteratus to scholasticus, that is, the medieval city and university. After establishing scholastic methods of teaching and learning, we pay special attention to the Collationes in Hexaëmeron of the Franciscan theologian Bonaventure of Bagnoregio. From our point of view, the collatio XIX is illuminating about how the formation of Christian intellectuals was given beyond the lessons in the classroom.O presente artigo pretende traçar um olhar sobre o intelectual do ocidente medieval do século XIII, destacando as estruturas que possibilitaram a essencial mudança do vir litteratus para o scholasticus, ou seja, a cidade e a universidade medievais. 2019); 360 - 387Temporalidades; v. 11 n. 3 (2020): Edição 31 - Temporalidades, Belo Horizonte, Vol. 11, n.3 (set./dez. 2019); 360 - 3871984-6150reponame:Temporalidadesinstname:Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG)instacron:UFMGporhttps://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/temporalidades/article/view/14823/16214Copyright (c) 2020 Bruno Alves Coelhoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCoelho, Bruno Alves2020-02-03T16:30:04Zoai:periodicos.ufmg.br:article/14823Revistahttps://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/temporalidadesPUBhttps://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/temporalidades/oai||temporalidades@gmail.com1984-61501984-6150opendoar:2020-02-03T16:30:04Temporalidades - Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG)false |
