Resumo: | Out of the nine countries covered by the Amazonian Forest, author stresses Brazilian area through the main works of Sultana Levy Rosenblatt, Ilko Minev and Elias Salgado; from Venezuela, Isaac Chocrón, and from Colombia, Memo Anjel. They have in common their Sephardic background, their personal and collective experiences in these countries, in an urban and rural environment. Two of the Brazilian writers have in common Moroccan predecessors, while all the other Sephardic authors descend from Bulgarian, and a mixed background among Argelians and Turkish. Their writings are based on personal memories and historic facts concerning Jews in the Amazonian Forest, in and outside Brazil. |

Eles têm em comum sua formação sefardita, suas experiências pessoais e coletivas nesses países, em um ambiente urbano e rural. Dois dos escritores brasileiros têm em comum predecessores marroquinos, enquanto todos os outros autores sefarditas são de origem búlgara, e uma formação mista entre argelinos e turcos.
