Resumo: This paper tries to analyze Moacyr Scliar's narrative techniques in O centauro no jardim [The centaur in the garden], from the perspective of Mikhail Bakhitin's and Donna Harawavs concepts of hybridism. It also discusses the role and limits of theoretical knowledge as a cultural practice.
