Resumo: The presentation of both animals and Jews as figures, characters and motifs in the literary work of a group of Russian authors of the XX grants the writing and reading of what otherwise would not have been possible to be said. With prolegomenon in Gogol and Chekhov, epicenter in Babel and Shklovsky and some dehiscences in Mandelstam and Tsvietaieva, there will be explored analytically and comparatively its diverse poetic and historical significance.
