LEISURE ACTIVITIES IN HOSPITAL CONTEXT : A HUMANIZATION STRATEGY

Resumo: This study is an exploratory research, conducted at the Clinical Hospital of Paraná - UFPR. Thirteen hospitalized women for over a week in UMRN (Women's and Newborn Unit) have participated in this study. The research aimed to develop leisure activities in the hospital environment and analyze how and. The experience was significant point of view personal and affective. Observed was found that the Women Research Participants have interests in leisure activities , however, in his natural environment, can not gather free time to perform, they them due to their commitments with home management, work and children’s care. However, when the activity was proposal without hospital as they show interest, engagement and Volition, bringing up an intrinsic Motivation According to its characteristics, recovering autonomy and providing feeling of smoothing to the hospitalization experience and increasing the sense of continuity of life. The benefits brought by this proposal are in accord with the guidelines of the Hospital Humanization Policy.

Participaron del estudio 13 mujeres internadas más de una semana en la UMRN ( Unidad de la Mujer del Recién – nacido). La investigación tuvo como objetivo desarrollar actividades de ocio en el entorno hospitalario y analizar cómo y. La experiencia fue significativa punto de vista personal y afectiva. Observado se encontró que las mujeres participantes de investigación tienen intereses en actividades de ocio , sin embargo , en su entorno natural , no puede hacer que el tiempo libre para la Separación Realiza - ellos debido a sus compromisos con administración del hogar, trabajo y el cuidado infantil . Sin embargo, cuando la actividad fue propuesta sin hospitalario, ya que muestran interés, el compromiso y la volición, la crianza de una motivación intrínseca acuerdo con sus características, la recuperación de la autonomía y proporcionar sensación de suavizado para " ser hospitalizados " y el sentido de la continuidad de la vida .Los beneficios planteados en la propuesta estuvieron de acuerdo con las pautas de la Política de Humanización en la hospitacizacíon.Este estudo é uma pesquisa exploratória, realizada no Hospital de Clínicas - UFPR, Paraná. Participaram do estudo 13 mulheres internadas há mais de uma semana na UMRN (Unidade da Mulher e do Recém – nascido). A pesquisa teve como objetivo desenvolver atividades de lazer no ambiente hospitalar e analisar como e quanto essa experiência foi significativa do ponto de vista  pessoal e afetivo. Observou-se que as mulheres participantes da pesquisa apresentam interesses em atividades de lazer, porém, em seu ambiente natural não conseguem fazer a separação do tempo livre para realizá-las devido aos seus compromissos com gerenciamento do lar, trabalho e cuidado com os filhos. Porém, quando a atividade foi proposta no ambiente hospitalar as mesmas demonstram interesse, engajamento e volição, trazendo à tona a motivação intrínseca de acordo com suas características, retomando a autonomia e proporcionando sensação de suavização do “estar hospitalizada” e sensação de continuidade de vida.
