ANALYSIS OF USERS SATISFACTION OF THE VIDA ATIVA PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF BELO HORIZONTE

Resumo: The aim of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of users of the Vida Ativa Program, linked to the Municipal Department of Sports and Leisure of the City of Belo Horizonte. We used the database of this department referring to the research conducted in 2019 on the satisfaction of users of the program, which had a sample of 1,373 people in 18 centers of activities. For the use of secondary data, the centers with higher and lower Urban Quality of Life index were used as inclusion criteria. It was found that 48.5% of users have been in the program for more than five years; 95.8% are satisfied with the infrastructure; 99.5% are satisfied with the quality of the classes; 97.1% perceive positive health-related benefits; the level of overall satisfaction with the program, evaluated from 0 to 10, obtained an average of 9.84. It is concluded that users are satisfied with the actions developed. However, they present criticism stemming from certain aspects that need to be improved in the program, such as a greater number of classes and professionals, and better core infrastructure conditions.

Utilizamos la base de datos de este departamento refiriéndose a la investigación realizada en 2019 sobre la satisfacción de los usuarios del programa, que tenía una muestra de 1.373 personas en 18 centros de actividades. Para el uso de datos secundarios, los criterios de inclusión fueron los núcleos con un índice de calidad de vida urbana más alto y menor. Se encontró que el 48,5% de los usuarios han estado en el programa por más de cinco años; 95,8% está satisfecho con la infraestructura; 99,5% está satisfecho con la calidad de las clases; 97,1% percibe beneficios positivos relacionados con la salud; el nivel de satisfacción general con el programa, evaluado de 0 a 10, obtuvo un promedio de 9,84. Se concluye que los usuarios están satisfechos con las acciones desarrolladas. Sin embargo, presentan críticas derivadas de ciertos aspectos que deben mejorarse en el programa, como un mayor número de clases y profesionales, y mejores condiciones de infraestructura básicas.O objetivo do estudo foi analisar o nível de satisfação dos usuários do Programa Vida Ativa, vinculado à Secretaria Municipal de Esportes e Lazer da Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte. Utilizou-se o banco de dados desse órgão, referente a pesquisa realizada em 2019, sobre a satisfação dos usuários do programa, que contou com amostra de 1.373 pessoas em 18 núcleos de atividades. Para a utilização dos dados secundários, adotou-se como critério de inclusão os núcleos com maior e menor Índice de Qualidade de Vida Urbana. Constatou-se que 48,5% dos usuários estão no programa há mais de cinco anos; 95,8% estão satisfeitos com a infraestrutura; 99,5% estão satisfeitos com a qualidade das aulas; 97,1% percebem benefícios positivos relacionados à saúde; o nível de satisfação geral com o programa, avaliado de 0 a 10, obteve a média 9,84. Conclui-se que os usuários estão satisfeitos com as ações desenvolvidas.
