Resumo: This study has attempted to explore the form and trends of keelboat sailing and the development of international keelboat organization. Moreover, it indicates  the restrictions of keelboat sailing in Taiwan. In western counties, sailing is one of the main leisure activities for many people. Therefore, from shipbuilding and equipment to club managing and sailing schools, the sailing business is a well-developed industry with a very high commercial value. There is still room for more market growth in Taiwan in the future. Taiwan welcomes all enthusiasts from around the world to enjoy the fun of sailing over the wind and waves and immerse in the cool sea breeze and bright sunshine of Taiwan. Although the recreational sports of keelboat sailing has been developed for several years in many countries, the development of sailboats is restricted in Taiwan due to martial law, boat licenses, ports, and other factors.

Por otra parte, él muestra las restricciones de la navegación de náuticos en Taiwán. En las provincias del oeste, navegar es una de las principales actividades de ocio para muchas personas. Por lo tanto, desde la construcción naval y del equipo de gestión del club y escuelas de vela, el negocio de la vela, el negocio de la vela es una industria bien desarrollada con un alto valor comercial. Todavía hay margen para un mayor crecimiento del mercado en Taiwán en el futuro. Taiwán es bienvenida a todos los entusiastas de todo el mundo para disfrutar de la diversión de la navegación contra el viento y las olas y sumergirlos en la brisa fresca del mar y el sol brillante de Taiwán. Assim, desde a construção do navio e de equipamentos até a administração de clubes e escolas de navegação, este negócio é uma indústria de alto valor comercial. No futuro, ainda existe espaço para crescimento. Taiwan recebe apaixonados advindos de todo o mundo para apreciar a diversão de navegar pelas ondas e pelo vento e de imergir na brisa fria do mar sob o sol brilhante de Taiwan.
