Resumo: The objective of this work is to investigate the beginnings of the sports organization in the state of Acre, from 1909 to 1922. This period refers to the first news related to sports practices and their decline due to the rubber crisis. Acre, marked by many political and economic tensions, enters into a deep economic crisis regarding the export of rubber. This product at that time was the state's main economic activity. The process of sports organization begins to occur, albeit timidly, in the early decades of the twentieth century. At first, there is news of other Brazilian states and other countries that reveal the beginning of the movement, in that place, of ideas and vocabularies related to sports practices. The first signs of sports organizations were shooting, horse racing, cycling and walking. In 1915 the first soccer club of the region was inaugurated and later, around 1919, football won the sports and journalistic scene. Several football clubs are founded and spaces are modified for the performance of the sport.

Este período se refiere a las primeras noticias relativas a prácticas deportivas y el declive de éstas debido a la crisis del caucho. Acre, estado marcado por muchas tensiones políticas y económicas, entra en una profunda crisis económica referente a la exportación del caucho. Este producto en aquel momento era la principal actividad económica del estado. El proceso de organización deportiva comienza a ocurrir, aunque tímidamente, en las décadas iniciales del siglo XX. En principio, se encuentran noticias de otros estados brasileños y de otros países que revelan el inicio de la circulación, en aquel lugar, de ideas y vocabularios relativos a prácticas deportivas. Los primeros indicios de organizaciones deportivas eran de tiro, de carreras hípicas, en bicicleta ya pie. En 1915 se inaugura el primer club de fútbol de la región y más adelante, hacia 1919, el fútbol gana la escena deportiva y periodística. Varios clubes de fútbol son fundados y espacios son modificados para la realización del deporte.O objetivo desse trabalho é investigar os primórdios da organização esportiva no estado do Acre, no período de 1909 a 1922. Esse período refere-se às primeiras notícias relativas a práticas esportivas e o declínio destas devido à crise da borracha. O Acre, estado marcado por muitas tensões políticas e econômicas, entra em uma profunda crise econômica referente a exportação da borracha. Este produto naquele momento era a principal atividade econômica do estado. O processo de organização esportiva começa a ocorrer, mesmo que timidamente, nas décadas iniciais do século XX. A princípio, encontram-se notícias de outros estados brasileiros e de outros países que revelam o início da circulação, naquele local, de ideias e vocabulários relativos a práticas esportivas. Os primeiros indícios de organizações esportivas eram de tiro, de corridas hípicas, de bicicleta e a pé. Em 1915 inaugura-se o primeiro clube de futebol da região e mais adiante, por volta de 1919, o futebol ganha a cena esportiva e jornalística.
