Resumo: Football is considered a socio-cultural phenomenon, involving a significant participation of the population, contributing to the formation of the Brazilian identity itself, in addition to establishing itself, in some cases, as an element of organization of personal and family routines, considering the programming of games. As a leisure space, football, in recent years, has witnessed an intensification of social tensions, with regard to the context of racial discrimination, in which manifestations of violence occur in different situations. This text aims to contribute not only with reflections and discussions, but with future propositions that advance the implementation of public policies that deal with the instituted culture of violence and racism in football, disseminated and propagated, aiming at a transformation based on an education humanized. The text presents the theme about the culture of violence in football addressing the processes related to insults, in the football space, bringing a discussion regarding the dimension of the incorporated, such as what is considered as the body itself.

Como espacio de ocio, el fútbol, ​​en los últimos años, ha sido testigo de una intensificación de las tensiones sociales, respecto al contexto de discriminación racial, en el que se dan manifestaciones de violencia en diferentes situaciones. Este texto pretende contribuir no sólo con reflexiones y discusiones, sino con propuestas de futuro que avancen en la implementación de políticas públicas que aborden la cultura instituida de la violencia y el racismo en el fútbol, ​​difundida y propagada, visando una transformación basada en una educación humanizada. El texto presenta el tema sobre la cultura de la violencia en el fútbol que aborda los procesos relacionados con el insultos, en el espacio de fútbol, ​​trayendo una discusión sobre la dimensión de los incorporados, como lo que se considera el cuerpo mismo.O futebol é considerado como um fenômeno sociocultural que envolve uma participação significativa da população, contribuindo para a formação da própria identidade brasileira, além de instituir-se, em alguns casos, como um elemento de organização das rotinas pessoais e familiares, tendo em vista a programação dos jogos. Como um espaço de lazer, o futebol, nos últimos anos, no que se refere ao contexto de discriminação racial, tem testemunhado uma intensificação das tensões sociais, nas quais as manifestações de violência acontecem em situações diversificadas. O presente artigo tem como objetivo contribuir não apenas com reflexões e discussões, mas com futuras proposições que avancem na implementação de políticas públicas que tratem da cultura de violência instituída e do racismo no futebol disseminados e propagados, visando a uma transformação baseada em uma educação humanizada.
